Pricing
You set the number.
Most agencies name a price and you cut your ambition down to fit it. We do it the other way round. Tell us what you can put behind this and the work is built to that number, not to a package somebody wrote before they’d heard of you.
The two fees
Two numbers, both of them yours
One to make it yours. One to keep it working. Neither of them decided for you.
The setup fee
Whatever you put behind itYou set itand we build to that
Your system is built before we ever speak. The setup fee is what turns it from ours into yours: your brand through every screen, your services, your words, your integrations, your app if the business needs one. A bigger number reaches further. A smaller one reaches less far, and you will hear exactly which is which before you commit to anything.
- Everything already built, rebuilt around your business
- Your brand, your content and your services through every screen
- The tools you actually use, connected and tested
- An app built alongside it if that is what the business needs
The monthly fee
Set against what it brings backIt earns its placeor the number is wrong
There is no sense in a monthly figure that swallows the return it was supposed to make. We set it against what the work is bringing back, so it has room to pay for itself. If it ever stops making sense, that is a conversation we want to have rather than one we will avoid.
- Hosting, domain and SSL, set up and paid for
- Social, email and the automation behind them, running continuously
- Monitoring, backups and fixes without being asked
- Content and copy changes whenever you need them
- New features quoted as project work, agreed before we start
Scope
What your number changes
Six things flex with the budget. This is where a bigger number goes, and what a smaller one trims first.
How much there is
Five pages or fifty. One layout repeated everywhere, or every screen designed on its own terms.
What it has to do
Being found and read is one job. Booking, ticketing and taking money is another, and it has to be built and tested properly.
Where the content comes from
We can carry across the words and photography you already have, or write and shoot the lot from scratch. One of those reaches further on the same number.
What it has to talk to
Your till, your calendar, your booking provider, your accounts software. Every connection is real work.
How many of you there are
Multiple locations, teams, and staff who each need their own login all widen the job.
How much runs every month
A brand posting daily with email going out every week sits at a different monthly figure to one ticking over quietly.
Questions
Before you ask
Why would you build something before I've paid?
Because the work speaks louder than a pitch. We'd rather put the effort in and hand you something real than send a proposal and ask you to imagine it. You see exactly what you'd be getting before you're ever asked to commit. And if it isn't for you, you've spent nothing and you'll never hear from us again.
What if I already have a website?
Most people we approach do. The question isn't whether you have one, it's whether it takes bookings, loads fast on a phone and gets found. If yours already does all three, we'll tell you so.
Who actually does the work?
Matt, using AI agents to do the heavy lifting. You deal with the person building your system, not a salesperson.
What if my budget isn't big enough?
Then we'll say so, and we'll tell you what it does reach. There's a size below which this stops being worth doing for either of us, and you'll hear that from us early rather than after you've paid. We would rather build less and build it properly than spread a small number thin across everything.
What if I don't want a monthly cost?
Then don't have one. We hand the build over complete, with the domain and every login in your name. You arrange hosting yourself or we arrange it and bill it separately, and anything you want changed later is quoted job by job. You lose the running side, so the social, the email and the automation stop being ours to keep moving.
What isn't included?
New features beyond the original build, such as a shop, a members' area or a second location, are quoted as project work. Paid advertising, photography and copywriting for print aren't included either, but we can point you at people.
Next step
Tell us your number.
What the business does, what you want it doing, and what you can put behind it. We’ll come back honestly with what that reaches, and if we think we can help, something already built to look at.
